    Cancellation and not showing up policy

    We allow cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for hair extension appointments and 24 hours before the scheduled booking time for all other appointments, after which a 75% cancellation fee will be charged. Not showing up will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

    Lateness policy

    Being late for your appointment may result in a reduced service, however, the full amount will be charged.
