We allow cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment for hair extension appointments and 24 hours before the scheduled booking time for all other appointments, after which a 75% cancellation fee will be charged. Not showing up will incur a 100% cancellation fee. 

Lateness policy

Being late for your appointment may result in a reduced service, however, the full amount will be charged. Please allow and extra 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment in both salon locations to find a parking space as traffic and main roads can be busy. If you are expecting to be late please provide the salon with a courtesy call.
